The Air Master Commercial Team has been designing and maintaining advanced HVAC systems for hospitals, industrial complexes, office buildings, retail centers, etc for over 30 years. New Installs

Air Master can service, design, and install any type of system from DDC controls, Pneumatic controls, and standard electric controls. Our highly skilled techs install Roof Top equipment, Mitsubishi mini split systems, Citi Multi systems, standard conventional duct systems and we even have our own Sheet metal shop to customize your ductwork.

Service, Repairs & Maintenance

Commercial work is billed on a time & materials basis, beginning when the tech arrives on site.

Commercial Maintenance Agreement

We offer a full preventative maintenance agreement contract to all of our commercial clients. This helps prevent emergency break downs, guarantees clean air by changing the filters every 3 months, 10% off on all parts.


Some of the many benefits are:

  • • 10% discount on all parts (normal business hours)
  • • 4 Maintenance visits a year

Commercial equipment is large, complex and handles a lot of demand.

Having an agreement with us in place will ensure regular inspections and maintenance, keeping costly breakdowns to a minimum. Working regularly with the same team also goes a long way to keep the costs of each visit down and any downtime to a minimum, as we always come prepared and informed on the history and current state of your equipment.
As a maintenance customer, you will also be designated a Priority Customer and always receive same-day service.

  • - Ask to see contractors license
  • - Ask for certificate of insurance and is it current. We carry several million. If something terrible happens and you lose your house, their insurance may not be enough to cover something like that.

If you are looking for an estimate on new equipment, give us a call and ask for an estimate; estimates are always FREE.

All of our technicians are NATE certified and travel with fully-stocked trucks, so they can often make any minor upgrades right when they are on-site and combine your inspection with any required upgrades or repairs.

Emergency Service

Air Master provides 24 hour, 7-day-a-week service. If you have an after-hours need, we are available.

Most companies may or may not assign someone to be available during their off time, but we actually pay employees to be available for calls 24/7.

Call us at 248-399-1900 and dial 6 to get to the emergency service person.

We will give you an accurate estimate of when we will be there and any helpful instructions on what to do in the mean time, or what to try yourself, if that is a good option.

Parts

We can get any part you need within 24-72 hours, if we don't already have it in-house.

Air Master Service Truck

Our trucks always carry a fully stocked inventory. Since we work on a fixed rate for the job, we don't get paid extra when we have to make those trips back and forth to the shop because we didn't bring the parts we need with us; those are just as annoying to us as they are to you. So, when we say our trucks are stocked, we really mean it.

And we keep a fully stocked warehouse with which to supply those trucks as needed. So... we carry a lot of stuff.

We've been doing this for 30 years, so we've seen all of the machines, replaced all kinds of parts, we know what breaks often and when, so we know what's worth keeping in the supply warehouse.

The other advantage is, we will get you the right part; we can tell you what products are quality and what are going to fail; where you can afford to buy the cheap brand and where it's worth springing for a minimum level of quality.

We can also help with aesthetics. if you want to replace a cover or are looking for a design change or upgrade. we also work with architects and interior designers to make sure your vision is complete.
